Most charters on this coast feed guests one of two ways: a cool box, or a marina restaurant before boarding. The third way is ours: a chef who has assessed the galley in advance, menus designed for heat and swell, and courses that come out plated whether you are at anchor off the Benagil caves or moored for the night. We coordinate boarding, timing and power directly with your skipper or charter company.
Charter-day formats cover the full day: boarding coffee, a cold-built lunch that survives the sea, boards and snacks through the afternoon, and a sunset cocktail service.

Seated dinners on board run €120–180 per guest in 2026 depending on menu and vessel logistics, with service, tableware and cleanup included. Charter-day menus and standing formats are quoted per brief, and multi-day provisioning is priced per day and party size, planned with the crew before departure. How does a private chef work on a yacht?
We assess the galley in advance, design the menu around it, and pre-prepare in our own kitchen anything the space can't handle, so a compact galley still serves a full plated dinner. Service, tableware and cleanup are included.

Which marinas do you serve?

Can you cater a boat party rather than a seated dinner?
Yes, canapé and station formats built for decks and swim platforms, plus bar service. For larger groups we split courses between anchor stops so service stays sharp.
Do you provision multi-day charters?
