Dinner-only is the most booked arrangement: the day is entirely yours, and at eight the table is set. Full board adds breakfasts and long lunches for stays that want the kitchen completely off their minds. Either way the menus rotate daily around the Algarve's markets and fish auctions, the shopping is ours, and the kitchen is reset every night.
Villa managers and concierges can hand us the whole brief: access, kitchen setup and timings are routinely coordinated directly with the property, not the guests.

We do, daily, built around the Algarve's markets and fish auctions. Groceries are included in the per-day price or itemised separately if you prefer, always agreed in writing first.

Do you coordinate with the villa manager?
