Event brunch: the format that works for almost everyone
Brunch solves problems dinner cannot: it fits before an afternoon program, it welcomes children and grandparents at the same table, it drinks lightly and ends on time. That is why the brief keeps arriving, baby showers and baptism receptions, company celebrations, post-wedding recovery mornings, and 100-plus person institutional gatherings that want warmth without a gala.
The format scales cleanly: below 40 guests it is a styled table with service; above that it becomes stations with staff, timed replenishment and a floor plan that keeps queues short.
How a brunch proposal works
Send the date, venue, headcount and any menu wishes; the proposal lands within 24 hours with a per-guest price and the full table itemised. Have a menu list already, like many corporate organizers do? Send it as-is, we quote against your list and flag anything that will not survive a buffet hour. Setup, service and cleanup are always included, and the space is returned as we found it.

Brunch catering, questions
How much does brunch catering cost in Lisbon?
€35–65 per guest in 2026 for a full brunch table: savoury (bagels, quiches, benedicts, club sandwiches), sweet (pancakes, french toast, pastries), fruit and yogurt bowls, juices and coffee, with staff, setup and cleanup included. Live stations like pancakes or eggs add €6–12 per guest.
Can you serve brunch for 100 to 150 people?
Yes, large-format brunch is a core brief: buffet tables with staffed stations, timed replenishment, and a service team scaled to the headcount, at offices, venues or gardens.
Do you do corporate and team brunches?
Constantly: welcome brunches for offsites, Friday team brunches, client mornings and celebration brunches, with dietary collection handled beforehand and VAT invoicing as standard.
What is on a typical brunch menu?
A balanced table: mini quiches and savoury pastries, bagels with salmon or bacon and egg, eggs benedict, club sandwiches, mini burgers, pancakes with toppings, french toast, granola and yogurt, fruit bowls, cakes, plus natural juices, coffee and tea. Menus flex per brief.
Which areas do you cover?
Lisbon and the whole surrounding area: Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra and Almada, plus the rest of Portugal for larger events, with travel itemised in the proposal.
