Wedding catering at quintas and villas across Portugal
Portugal's wedding geography is a map of beautiful venues with no professional kitchens: Alentejo herdades, Sintra palaces and gardens, Douro wine estates, Algarve cliff villas. Our answer is the field kitchen, a full temporary kitchen built on site hours before the ceremony, which is why the venues we serve most proudly are the ones that technically cannot host dinner at all. If your venue has a view instead of a stove, that is a logistics line in the proposal, not a problem.
Destination wedding catering, planned from anywhere
Most of our couples plan from London, Zurich, New York or Dubai and meet us in person exactly once, at the menu tasting. The process is built for that: written proposals with fixed per-guest pricing, video menu sessions, a tasting scheduled around one trip, and a dietary matrix your guests fill in online. August dates book 9 to 12 months out; May, late September and October are the insider's arbitrage of light, weather odds and availability.

€55–180 per guest in 2026 depending on service style: cocktail and stations run €55–90, premium buffets €65–100, seated dinners €90–140, and fine-dining menus €120–180, including staff, tableware, setup and cleanup.
Do you cater destination weddings for couples abroad?
Yes, most of our wedding clients plan from abroad. We handle venue kitchen assessment, equipment, staff and tastings scheduled around your visits, and reply to every proposal request within 24 hours.
Can you cater a quinta or villa with no professional kitchen?
Yes, a full field kitchen is standard practice for estate weddings. Ask any caterer you shortlist this question; it separates event operators from cooks.
When should we book for a summer wedding?
9–12 months ahead for July–September dates. Spring and autumn dates can usually be secured 3–6 months out.
Do you include a menu tasting?
Yes, weddings include a tasting session ahead of the final menu. We schedule it around your trip if you're planning from abroad.
